Pork Cut Options
When you place your pork order we will go over the following meat cuts with you. As we go down the list if there is a particular cut you do not want, you will not lose the meat it will be ground into extra sausage. Pork is sold by the 1/2 and whole hog. 1/2 hog will yield approx. 70#s of meat and whole hog 140#.
Pork Chops Sausages
Pork Loin You have up to 2 options of sausage on 1/2 hog
Pork Steaks and up to 4 options of sausage on a whole hog
Loin End Roast
Shoulder Roast 1# tubes - Fresh, Mild, Hot, Maple, Italian, Blueberry Maple
Ribs Breakfast Links - Mild, Hot, Maple
Hams Brats- Original, Cheddar, Sweet Italian
Bacon Patties - Mild and Hot
Fresh Side Pork
